Terms of Use

1. Service

MorphGlide lets you select 2–10 photos and request an AI-generated face-morph video. Results may be inaccurate, distorted, or differ from source images. The service is not an identity-verification, forensic, or professional-advice tool.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are below the age of majority or the age at which you may consent under local law, you may use the service only after a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms and provided legally valid permission. Children under 13 may not use MorphGlide.

3. Rights and consent

You retain rights in content you own. By submitting photos, you confirm you have the right to use them and all necessary consent from identifiable people. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to transmit, process, temporarily store, and create output solely to provide your requested service.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use MorphGlide for deceptive impersonation, fraud, extortion, harassment, defamation, non-consensual sexual content, child exploitation, hate or violence; to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights; to create harmful election, health, financial, legal, or safety misinformation; to distribute malware, evade quotas, abuse automation, probe or disrupt systems; or for unlawful conduct or conduct violating relevant store/provider policies.

5. Outputs

You are responsible for reviewing output before saving, publishing, or sharing it, and for labeling/disclosing edited or AI-generated content when law, platform rules, or context requires. Do not present output as a real event where that would materially mislead others.

6. Free uses and rewarded ads

The service may offer limited free renders and additional renders after an optional rewarded ad. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or change to prevent abuse or reflect operating costs. Server-confirmed system failures may result in a credit refund.

7. Service ownership

MorphGlide software, interface, branding, and related assets belong to us or licensors. We grant a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app under these terms. We do not acquire ownership of your lawfully submitted content.

8. Third-party services and stores

The app relies on Cloudflare, RunPod, S3-compatible storage, Google AdMob, Google Play/Android, and open-source components, subject to their terms and availability. If you obtain the app from an app store, that store's terms also apply. The store is not responsible for providing, maintaining, or supporting MorphGlide except as required by law or its terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may reasonably limit, refuse, or terminate access to protect systems, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting data and uninstalling.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or particular output quality. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the service or user content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes

We may change features or these terms. Material changes will receive reasonable notice and a revised effective date. Continued use after that date means acceptance where permitted by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights or mandatory venues available where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, you and we are encouraged to try to resolve the dispute in good faith by email, unless applicable law permits you to proceed immediately.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect and the affected provision applies to the maximum extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement governing your use of MorphGlide.
